Excerpt from a letter written February 8, 2013:
Perhaps some pastors, deacons, and other mature men of God would consider being spiritual mentors to inmates through a correspondence ministry. As a pen pal, there is a certain degree of anonymity. The people could even use the church’s mailing address.
This would give the inmates someone they could share with and seek Godly counsel from. I believe the mentor would be blessed in this matter just as much as he would be a blessing to the inmate.
