About HOHPM

HOHPM's goals are to give direction and aid to people who are in their transition period by providing resources to meet their physical and spiritual needs. To demonstrate the Love of God to these inmates and their families, and to tell them no matter how big their storm, Jesus can calm the wind and the waves.
